- What you need and the approximate quantity
- Sizes or dimensions if known
- Colors, wording, personalization and print locations if known
- Whether artwork is print-ready, needs design work or is not ready yet
- Event date and required in-hand date
- Ship-to city/state/ZIP or pickup request
- Optional budget range if you want a best-fit recommendation

Complex, Bulk & High-Value Projects
For business uniforms, bulk apparel, all-over/3D shirts, business printing, signs, branding, school/church/team orders, event products, party favors, magazine advertising and sponsorships, include as much detail as possible so the quote can be prepared with fewer follow-ups.
- Exact quantity and size breakdown
- Preferred product, brand, material, fabric, paper stock or finish
- One-sided/two-sided printing and every print/design location
- Individual names, numbers, photos or changing personalization
- Special finishing, packaging, assembly or individual bagging
- Artwork files, logo files, photos and known brand colors
- Deadline, delivery method and destination

Quote, Payment & Proof Standard
- Final quote: Pricing applies to the exact specifications used to prepare the quote. Changes can require a revised quote.
- Paid in full: Custom orders are paid in full before design or production begins. We do not accept deposits for custom orders.
- Proof approval: When a proof is provided, review spelling, names, dates, photos, colors, sizing, placement, quantity and product style before written approval.
- Timing: Rush or same-day availability is never assumed. Production and carrier transit time are separate.
- Custom work: Custom and personalized orders are final and non-refundable once design or production work begins, subject to applicable law.
