Required for an Accurate Group Quote

• Organization, team, school, church or event name
• Primary contact and person authorized to approve the final proof
• Exact item(s) requested and quantity of each
• Exact apparel size breakdown: youth/adult and quantity per size
• Preferred garment/product colors, brand or material when important
• Front/back/sleeve/other print locations
• Whether names, numbers, departments or versions vary by item
• Logo, mascot, school/team artwork and brand colors
• Whether artwork is print-ready or design assistance is needed
• Event date and required in-hand date
• Delivery city/state/ZIP or pickup request
• Any packaging, sorting, individual bagging or group-distribution needs

Group Quote Standard

Pricing is based on the exact submitted specifications. Changes to quantity, sizes, product/material, print locations, individual personalization, artwork, finishing, deadline or delivery can require a revised quote.

Custom orders are paid in full before design or production begins. Production timing starts after all required information, artwork and approvals are complete.
