How Custom Business Orders Work
Large custom orders should be clear before money is committed. VK Designs & Prints uses a simple approval process designed to protect both the customer and the project.
1. Tell Us What You Need
Share the product or service, approximate quantity, sizes if applicable, logo/artwork, target budget, desired in-hands date and delivery location.
2. We Build the Scope
We review current supplier availability, minimum quantities, decoration methods, setup charges, materials, packaging, freight and timing.
3. You Approve the Details
Before production, you receive the final product selection, quantities, size mix, colors, branding locations and proofs where applicable.
4. Payment & Production
Payment terms are confirmed in writing. Custom production does not begin until the approved scope and required payment are in place.
5. Fulfillment
Orders can be shipped to one location or, when quoted, packed and distributed to multiple locations or recipients.
