Plant City Magazine 2026–2027 gives local businesses and organizations several ways to participate, from a smaller Community Spotlight through premium advertising placements. Choosing the right option starts with knowing the space, artwork and production requirements before payment or proofing.
Current placement options
VK Designs & Prints currently offers Plant City Magazine placements including a $150 Small Business Community Spotlight, $450 quarter page, $650 half page, $850 full page, and premium cover positions when available. Browse the live Magazine Advertising & Sponsorships collection for the currently available choices and checkout-ready pricing.
What to prepare for your placement
- Exact business or organization name
- Logo and brand colors
- Business description or campaign message
- Phone, website and social media details you want printed
- Offer or call to action, if applicable
- Photos or images you have permission to reproduce
- Print-ready artwork if your organization is supplying the finished design
Do not send low-resolution screenshots when a clean logo, PDF, PNG or other production file is available. Final artwork must be reviewed for size, resolution and fit before a placement is considered production-ready.
Payment does not equal final production approval
Paid in full reserves an accepted placement, but the page still needs usable materials, correct business identity and any required proof approval before final magazine production. A paid placement should not be treated as delivered merely because payment has cleared.
Proof approval matters
Before final approval, verify spelling, phone numbers, URLs, addresses, dates, offers, images and branding. Use the Proof Approval Checklist when reviewing a design.
If you need help determining the correct placement or supplying the right artwork, use the Exact Custom Quote or review the Artwork & File Guidelines.
Plant City Magazine 2026–2027 is being built as a local business and community publication. Placement availability can change as pages are reserved, so use the live store collection for the current options rather than relying on an older email or screenshot.
