Monthly Promotion Package — Three-Business Pilot

$1,500 upfront, plus any applicable tax. This first payment reserves one pilot place and covers onboarding plus one complete November 2026 promotion package. Your next renewal is December 1, 2026.

Included each paid service month

  • Eight branded digital graphics for social media or web.
  • One single-sided flyer design.
  • One double-sided rack card design.
  • One 30-minute strategy call.
  • Up to two revision rounds per asset. Each round means one consolidated set of feedback on the original agreed direction.

Provide your logo, approved wording, real product/business photos, contact details, and campaign dates. We agree the production schedule after reviewing your complete brief. Final approved digital and print-ready files are delivered electronically.

Scope and separate quotes

Commercial printing, shipping, fulfillment, ad placement, posting, ad spend, photography, new concepts after approval, and extra assets or revision rounds are excluded. Any extra work needs a separate written quote and your approval before work begins. Unused deliverables do not roll over to a later month.

Month-to-month billing

After November, the package is $1,500 per month, billed upfront on the 1st. This checkout collects only the initial pilot payment; it does not authorize automatic future charges. Until automatic subscription billing is configured and you separately consent to it, renewal invoices are sent for payment. Payment must clear before production begins; work pauses for a failed or unpaid payment. Cancel future months in writing before the next month's first day. No refund is due merely because a paid custom service month is canceled or unused, subject to the exceptions below.

Final sale and refunds

All sales are final. Payments are non-refundable for custom products and design services, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or where VK Designs & Prints fails to provide the agreed goods or services. Review the scope, quantity, price, delivery details, and terms before paying. Written proof approval is required before final production. These terms do not waive statutory rights or payment-provider dispute rights.
