Accuracy & Customer Approval

Exact quantities are not assumed from the package amount. Before production, VK Designs & Prints confirms the current supplier item, model/SKU, minimum quantity, sizes, colors, decoration method, setup charges, packaging, freight, deadline and approved artwork/proof.

Named-brand products and compliance-sensitive PPE are custom-quoted by exact item. Where a workplace requires a specific ANSI, ISEA, OSHA, MSHA or other standard, the required standard must be identified before the product is approved. A bump cap, hard hat or other protective product will never be represented as interchangeable solely because it looks similar.

If a selected supplier item becomes unavailable, an equal-or-better substitute may be proposed, but production does not proceed with the substitute until the customer approves it.
