How to Order Custom Party Favors

Every favor order is built around the event. Complete details up front help us quote correctly, design faster and avoid last-minute changes.

1. Choose a Ready-Priced Package or Request a Custom Quote

If a listed package fits your event, choose the package size and complete checkout. For specialty combinations, large quantities or items not listed, use the Exact Custom Quote Checklist first.

2. Send the Full Event Brief

• Shopify order number if already purchased
• Customer name and best contact
• Event type/theme
• Guest of honor name, age, date and exact wording
• Exact quantity of each favor/item
• Preferred colors and aesthetic
• High-quality photos and logos, if used
• Specific favor types requested
• Whether individual names/photos/wording vary by piece
• Packaging, assembly, gift-ready or individual-bagging requirements
• Event date and required in-hand date
• Shipping city/state/ZIP or pickup request

3. Artwork & Design Direction

Tell us whether you want us to design from your theme/inspiration or whether you are supplying final artwork. If brand or exact colors matter, send those requirements at the beginning.

4. We Confirm the Scope

For quote-required orders, the written quote is based on the exact quantities, favor types, personalization, design requirements, packaging, timing and delivery supplied. Changes can require a revised quote.

5. Proof & Approval

When a proof is provided, review every name, date, photo, color, spelling, quantity and favor type. Use the Proof Approval Checklist before replying APPROVED.

6. Production

Production timing begins after payment and all required details, artwork and approvals are complete. Rush timing is never assumed and must be confirmed for the exact order.

Large Event Orders

Ask about 75, 100, 150+ piece orders and custom combinations. Large orders require an exact scope so product mix, personalization, packaging and delivery can be priced correctly.
