Terms of Service

By purchasing from or commissioning VK Designs & Prints, you agree to the terms applicable to the final written quote, invoice, product page, proof and these store policies.

Quotes and scope: Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of quotation, including quantity, size, materials, print locations, personalization, artwork condition, finishing, delivery method and deadline. Changes to scope may require a new or revised quote. Quotes may expire or change when supplier, shipping, material or production costs change.

Payment: Customer orders are paid in full before production. VK Designs & Prints does not offer installment plans or begin custom production on partial payment unless a separate written business agreement expressly states otherwise.

Artwork, content and intellectual property: By supplying logos, photos, text, trademarks, designs or other materials, the customer represents that they have the rights or authorization necessary for the requested use. VK Designs & Prints may decline unlawful, infringing, deceptive or otherwise prohibited work.

Proofs: Written proof approval authorizes production. Customers must verify spelling, names, dates, contact information, URLs, QR destinations, quantities, sizes, colors, placement and all other visible details before approval. Post-approval changes may require additional charges and a new production schedule.

Production variation: Colors shown on screens may not exactly match printed or manufactured output. Reasonable variations can occur among substrates, garments, inks, printers, batches and finishing processes.

Marketing and advertising services: VK Designs & Prints does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, revenue, impressions, customer responses or other business results from advertising, magazine placement, printed materials, branding or promotional services unless a specific measurable deliverable is expressly stated in writing.

Customer cooperation: Delivery dates and production schedules may move when customer information, artwork, approvals, access, shipping details or other required materials are late or incomplete.

Refusals and corrections: VK Designs & Prints may pause or refuse work that cannot be produced lawfully, safely, accurately or according to the agreed scope. Verified production errors will be handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These terms are subject to applicable Florida and United States law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
