Shipping, Pickup & Production Policy

Production begins after full payment and required order information are received. For custom work, production may also require usable artwork, specifications and written proof approval before the production clock begins.

Production and delivery timing varies by product type, quantity, complexity, inventory, print method, finishing, vendor capacity, proof revisions and destination. An event date, requested in-hand date or estimated turnaround is not a guaranteed delivery commitment unless VK Designs & Prints confirms it in writing for the final paid scope.

Shipping: Carrier transit time is separate from production time. Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address before shipment.

Local pickup: Pickup is available only when specifically arranged and confirmed. Do not travel to a pickup location until VK Designs & Prints confirms the order is ready and provides the applicable pickup instructions.

Rush work: A rush request is accepted only when confirmed in writing and may require a revised price. Paying for an order does not automatically create a rush commitment unless the rush timing is included in the confirmed scope.

Shipping damage or loss: Report visible damage, missing packages or delivery problems promptly to vkdesignsandprints@gmail.com. Keep the product, packaging, shipping label and photographs when possible so we can evaluate the issue and assist with a carrier or fulfillment claim where appropriate.

Custom production should not be scheduled around an unconfirmed deadline. Please provide the required in-hand date, destination and complete specifications when requesting your quote.
