Current U.S. Checkout Rates

Standard — $8
Free Standard — qualifying domestic orders of $70 or more
Express — $15

The delivery options actually shown at checkout control for the specific order and destination. Specialty, oversized, separately quoted or third-party fulfilled work can require a different shipping arrangement when stated in the written quote.

International Shipping

Eligible international destinations currently use carrier-calculated USPS and DHL Express options where available. International rates vary by destination and package. Duties, taxes, customs charges or import fees not collected at checkout may be the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

Shipping Destination Is Part of the Quote

For specialty or quote-required orders, provide the ship-to city, state and ZIP/postal code before the final total is confirmed. A destination change can alter shipping cost or delivery timing.

Production Time vs. Transit Time

Custom production time and carrier transit time are separate. Production timing begins after payment and all required wording, artwork, photos, sizes, quantities, specifications and approvals are complete.

Event & In-Hand Dates

Always provide both the event date and the date you must physically have the order in hand. Requested dates are not guaranteed unless VK Designs & Prints confirms availability for the exact order.

Rush Requests

Rush or same-day availability is reviewed individually. Product availability, complete artwork/details, proof timing, production capacity and shipping method all matter. Rush service is not automatically accepted simply by checking out.

Tracking

When carrier tracking is available, tracking information will be added to the order or shipping notification.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address before shipment. Review apartment/unit numbers, street spelling, city, state and ZIP/postal code carefully.
