Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

VK Designs & Prints creates custom, personalized, made-to-order, design, print, apparel, promotional, advertising and related products and services. Unless required by applicable law, custom and personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation or refund once production has begun, artwork or a proof has been approved, or the custom service has been delivered.

Payment: Orders are paid in full before production begins. VK Designs & Prints does not offer customer installment plans, partial-payment production, or deposits in place of full payment unless a separate written business agreement expressly states otherwise.

Proof approval: Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, dates, phone numbers, URLs, QR destinations, sizes, colors, quantities, placement, artwork, copy and other order details before approving a proof. Written proof approval authorizes production. Changes requested after approval may require a revised quote or a new paid order.

Customer-supplied artwork and information: VK Designs & Prints is not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied content that was reproduced as supplied or approved. Screen colors may differ from printed or produced colors, and reasonable production tolerances may apply.

Verified production errors: If VK Designs & Prints or its fulfillment partner makes a verified production error, please contact vkdesignsandprints@gmail.com promptly with the order details and clear photos or other supporting information. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a correction, reprint, replacement, or other remedy consistent with the circumstances and applicable law.

Non-custom items: If an item is not custom or personalized and a return right applies under applicable law or an expressly stated product-specific policy, contact us before returning anything. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
