Do you have minimum quantities?

Minimums vary by product, supplier and decoration method. Some products allow small quantities while others require larger production runs. The exact minimum is confirmed in the quote.

Can we order several different products together?

Yes. Mixed programs can combine apparel, gifts, print, signage, promotional products and approved fulfillment services under one coordinated scope.

Can you source a product that is not on the website?

Often, yes. Send a reference image or description, estimated quantity, target budget and deadline. Reference images are treated as direction until the exact product and specifications are confirmed.

Do you offer name brands such as YETI or Nike?

Named-brand products may be available by custom quote. Pricing, minimums and decoration rules are confirmed by exact brand/model and current supplier availability.

Can we see a proof before production?

Where applicable, digital proofs are provided before production. Customers should review spelling, names, dates, logo placement, colors and other visible details carefully before approval.

Can you ship to multiple locations?

Multi-location and recipient-level distribution can be quoted for approved programs. Freight, handling, labeling and destination requirements are included in the final scope.

Can you work with purchase orders?

Purchase orders can be reviewed for approved commercial orders. A PO does not automatically create credit terms or authorize production; payment and production terms are confirmed in writing for each order.

Do you offer rush production?

Rush work depends on the exact product, supplier capacity, decoration method, proof approval and shipping window. Rush availability and any additional fees are confirmed before payment.

Do you provide samples?

Physical samples may be available for some products depending on the supplier. Sample costs, decoration charges and shipping are quoted when applicable.

What artwork should we send?

Vector AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF files are preferred. High-resolution transparent PNG files can work for many projects. Low-resolution files may require cleanup or recreation.

What about safety equipment or PPE?

For compliance-sensitive products, the required jobsite or industry standard must be identified before the product is recommended or quoted. A bump cap, hard hat or other protective item is never represented as interchangeable solely because it looks similar.
